How to Measure Your Feet
- Measure in the evening. Feet swell during the day.
- Wear the socks you would normally wear with sneakers.
- Stand on a piece of paper on a hard, flat floor with your weight equally on both feet.
- Trace your foot with a pen held straight down.
- Mark the longest toe and the back of the heel, then measure the distance in mm.
- Measure both feet. If they differ, use the larger measurement.
- Find your size using the Foot Length (mm) column above.
